Therapy for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, identity, and life transitions. A collaborative, affirming space to slow down, understand yourself, and reconnect with what matters to you.

Therapy for adults navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, life transitions, and feeling overwhelmed.

Mindful. Collaborative. Affirming. Tailored to you.

My approach to counselling is…

Holistic

I understand how chronic stress, masking, and societal expectations can affect mental health, and I aim to create a space that feels affirming, respectful, and genuine.

Mindful

We might slow things down, notice patterns, explore what’s getting in the way.

Personalized

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, and I won’t push techniques that don’t feel right for you.

How I can Help

I work with adults who are tired of feeling like they need to "fix" themselves and are looking for a more compassionate way of understanding their experiences. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, autistic burnout, late-identified ADHD or autism, masking, identity exploration, relationship challenges, or chronic stress.

Getting in Touch

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding the right therapist matters. If what you've read resonates with you, I'd be happy to connect. You can reach me by phone or email, and can expect a response within 3 business days.

I also offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can talk about what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. Congratulations on taking this first step, beginning therapy is often the most challenging part of the journey.
